We have passed the halfway mark for the first term of 2014 and all the students are well on their way in being equipped and inspired to know God and make Him known.
Here is a quick reminder of the schools running on the base this term.
Nations Builders DTS:
The Nation Builders Discipleship Training School (YWAM-DTS) is a five-month hands-on Christian training program which is the entry point into Youth With A Mission (YWAM). It is an intensive, live-learn training course designed to help you understand God more deeply, live more like Jesus and identify your unique gifts and purpose.
Couples and Family Counselling School:
“A difference that makes a differenceâ€Â  The Couples & Family Counselling School is designed with a biblical perspective to help train and equip students in systemic theory, practice, and ministry for healthy lifestyle changes.
Humanities Core Course:
The School of Humanities and International Studies is a core course of the University of the Nations, and provides students with the opportunity to gain the intellectual and practical tools necessary to meet the challenges of the contemporary world. Central to the curriculum of the School is Paul’s injunction in Philippians 4:8 to meditate on whatever is true, honorable, just, sacred, lovely, and of good report.
English Language School:
The English Language School is designed to equip students to successfully communicate in the English Language so that they can receive further training in missions, minister in English-speaking settings, and be better-prepared to fulfill God’s calling on their lives. The school is committed to seeing students grow and develop as individuals.
Please continue to pray for our students as they head towards the finish line and those attending the practical phase of the school prepare for the outreach phase.
