DTS students getting ready for the roll call of the nations.

YWAM Worcester recently had the privilege to host the University of the Nations Graduation Ceremony here in our Glory Hall.

There was much anticipation and a great expectation as we prepared for the event that was scheduled to take place on Friday evening on the 24th of January. We were not disappointed, and the evening turned out to be a great success and a wonderful celebration of what Jesus has done in and through the lives of the graduates.

Team four, the international leadership team of the University of the Nations (Markus Steffen, Tom Bloomer, Maureen Menard and David Hamilton) took care of the formal ceremony. The evening started on a high as we did the roll call of the nations, YWAMers did an African drum presentation and a local choir from Zwelethemba in Worcester performed for us. Tom Bloomer, the international Provost and vice president of Academic Affairs of the University of the Nations went on to address the crowd and then the handing out of the certificates and speeches followed.

We thank God for the life of each one of the students. As the evening came to an end we were all encouraged about what God has done. Clearly He deserves all the glory and honor.
