This past Saturday YWAM international had a call to the nations to be part of the Global Day of Outreach. An event originally started by YWAM, but that has now been embraced by many other churches and organizations around the world. YWAM Worcester was eager to be a part of this event.
We focused on one of our local communities called Roodewal by first of all supporting a local ministry , Kibbutz El-Shammah. We joined their fun/prayer walk event through the streets of Roodewal, praying for the community as we passed through the streets.
We then had an open air outreach where the Troubadour DTS performed, we worshiped Jesus together, shared testimonies and reached out and ministered to the people that gathered around.
It is great to know that together with many others around the world we were able to share the love of Jesus on this Global Day of Outreach.
