Skills4All Development Center is a registered Non-Profit Company. In 2017, the Founder Danielia Hermanus, a local from Worcester started as a Micro Business Startup Program trainer and mentor with Ywam Worcester. In 2019, the idea of a Ywam Skill Center arose and Danielia started by providing computer training to the community members from around Worcester. During the Covid-19 lockdown, it became very clear to start an all-inclusive skills training college here in Worcester – this is where Skills4All was born. Currently, we train locals in different areas, like office administration, office management, web design & development, hairdressing, cake decoration and recently in May 2021 added a driving school. Our dream is to have our own building and South African accreditation for all of our courses.
Skills4All Development Centre
Our vision is to learn, empower and equip all who are in need of skills development. We spread the word of Jesus through our skills programs. We have many success stories about students getting jobs and some who start their own businesses, but the most beautiful stories are the ones where people’s lives have changed, ones who were lost, but now can live with hope.
Our organisation is built on partnerships with Ywam Worcester, our friends Gerd & Damaris Reissman, Trinity education USA, our local businesses and friends in Worcester who share the same heart for our communities.
