The year has officially started and we are looking forward to what lies ahead!
The year started for al
l YWAM Staff members on the 6th of January 2014 Â when we came together for a two day get together. Our guest speaker for these two days was Edwin Fillies , base leader of YWAM Muizenburg and also part of our regional leadership team. The time was well spent and not only were we encouraged and motivated for the year ahead but we also had some fruitful time praying together in our different departments.
On Friday the first of our students started arriving. This term we are blessed to have over 80 students attending four different schools and together with the YWAM Worcester staff we are from 33 different nationalities. We are also blessed to have several outreach teams from as far as Korea and the USA joining us during this month to serve and be a blessing to the people of South Africa.
The year will not totally get on
 the way without a good fun and social event and so on the first Friday of the term we did just that. The afternoon was filled with swimming, soccer, volleyball, basketball and lots of fellowship, and suppertime we enjoyed a lovely South African Braai prepared by some of our staff members.
