Community meeting on Thursday night was a time of celebrating the nations but mostly about focusing on Jesus and what he had done for us on the cross. Laiman led the worship. We had a time where many of the different nations came to the front and we all just danced before the Lord in celebration before going in to a time of worship. The speaker for the evening was Elisha from Zimbabwe. He is currently co-leading the Crossroads DTS. He brought a powerful word on the Cross and what Jesus has already done for us 2008 years ago. As we ended the evening there was an opportunity for people to give their lives to Jesus. One of the staff members also had a word of wisdom about some one that had pain in their right knee and asked that person to come to the front. There were two persons that responded. Jesus healed the knee of one of the ELS students from Brazil and after prayer the person that was prayed for said that all the pain was gone. (A.P)
