This week we would like to Focus on the Primary Health Care school, one of our long running schools on the base. The school tends to draw a specific group off students that use the tool of primary health care to show the love of Jesus through practically applying their skills and to share the gospel as the opportunity presents itself.
We have seen many students pass through the school over the years and some have gone on to play a significant role in the area of healthcare in countries like the Philippines and Cambodia where they are still working amungst the unreached.Â
This year the Primary Health Care school started on the 7th of July and the students have already covered a number of topics like wound care, eye, ear nose and throat care, injection therapy and musculoskeletal system to name but a few. The students and staff are from six different nationalities and speak 10 different languages. They testify of Gods faithfulness as they have seen supernatural healing’s taking place in the classroom as they have prayed for each other as well as significant financial break troughs for student fees.Â
They are currently preparing and planning to go to Togo for their two months outreach phase. Please pray for them for the succesfull completion of their lecture phase and for a life transforming experience during their outreach. Not just for the students but also for everyone that they reach out to.
