YWAM Worcester has been running a preschool ministry since the base started here at 2 Luyt street in the Center of Worcester Town in 1998. Recently this ministry was taken to the next level when one of our staff members and his wife took over the Lifestyle Christian Academy school and incorporated the existing preschool into their ministry.
Lifestyle Christian Academy is registered as a Private school with the Educational Department of South Africa and functions as one of the ministries of YWAM Worcester. The school has great vision and would eventually like to see a multiplication of Christian education all over our region and South Africa.
Their core value is ” Biblically-based individualized educational materials and services on a global scale, with a view to develop character and reforming education”
The school not only serves the Worcester community but also provides convenient and accessible education to YWAMers that serve or study with YWAM Worcester.
When asked what we can pray for, the school Principle Mr. Jong Woo Kim replied: “please pray for the salvation of every learner that enters this school and that they will hunger for a relationship with our Father God. Please also trust with us for dedicated staff who wants to be used as an instrument by God in the lives of the students.”
