On Saturday, 7 February, Lifestyle Christian Academy had their Homecoming event, where they started the new year together and enjoyed an afternoon of fellowship and “braai”. The parents of the children, as well as previous principals, teachers and those that have been involved with the school joined for the celebration. The teachers were introduced and vision was shared. There was even a short ceremony where a plaque, honoring the doners and expressing the school’s vision, was mounted. We pray God’s richest blessings over the school as they continue to step out in faith, investing in the lives of the young people of South Africa and the world.
The Radical DTS returned from their three months outreach in Swaziland, and after a week of debriefing they all graduated on Thursday and was commisioned to continue in their callings and to shine the light of Jesus brightly where ever they may go. Even though the town’s electricity went out the Thursday evening during our community meeting, we improvised and listened to the testimonies as we gathered outside on the steps of the Glrory Hall.
