On Thursday night 19 March we had the privilege to host the 7th Voice of the Nations event on the base.

Staff and students dressed in their different traditional clothes and came together to worship Jesus. Different nations were encouraged to perform or show something unique from their country. Not only did the nations perform but we also had the younger generation, the children from the base, dance. The last item of the evening was a worship song performed by the YWAM Worcester choir. Their performance ended the first part of the evening on a high.

One person commented that seeing the different nations worship Jesus together in that way was like seeing a small glimpse of how heaven is going to be one day.

Another  highlight of the evening was having an opportunity to taste different foods from all over the world. Everyone was invited to join in a time of fellowship after the performances as all the nations presented different foods from their country.
