This past Sunday the Troubadour DTS students had the privilege to be part in the World Day of Prayer event held here in Worcester. Sixteen Churches worked together to arrange this event for the town. The meeting took place in the Historical Dutch Reformed church opposite of the Worcester Town Square. The Troubadour DTS students put together a short drama about how people pray in the different countries they represented. There was some one from Korea, Switzerland, Kenya, England and even South Africa. They ended by saying portions of the Our Father prayer from the start to finish in the different languages they represented. There were also some of the YWAM Children that were part of a separate dance organized by one of the churches. YWAMers from the Worcester base joined in with the churches in town as we prayed together with the rest of the World.(A.P)
This morning we had our first base intercession of the year and we looked at the principles for an effective intercession.
“Seeking God comes from knowing His presence. This is what I try to live by every day of my life. Practicing the presence of Jesus, so that whether you pray or whether you work or witness, or whatever you do, you practice the presence of Jesus.”
